This is an implementation for Archipelago, a multi-game randomizer. Instead of learning recipes at a research station, you earn them through item checks. Item checks can be found several ways: - Creature kills - Boss kills - Researching at crafting stations (science, magic, think tank, ancient, celestial) - Traded by Crabby Hermit - Cooking crock pot meals - Farming giant plants - In place of rare blueprints Optionally, you can have traps in your random item pool, including season changing traps! Goals You have a few options to set as your completion condition: - Survival: Survive the Constant for a set amount of time. - Bosses (any): Choose from several bosses in the game as your targets. Defeating any selected boss will complete your goal. - Bosses (all): Choose multiple bosses that all must be defeated before you claim victory! Setup - Install Archipelago - Add dontstarvetogether.apworld to custom_worlds folder of your Archipelago install https://github.com/DragonWolfLeo/Archipelago-DST/releases (or double click to do it automatically) - Follow Archipelago's basic tutorial on how to generate a game. https://archipelago.gg/tutorial/Archipelago/setup/en - Subscribe to this mod here on the Steam Workshop - Open the Archipelago launcher and run the Don't Starve Together client. Connect to the Archipelago server. - Start Don't Starve Together and choose Host Game. Create or select your world. In the Mods tab, enable the Archipelago Randomizer mod. Mod Compatibility This should be compatible with most other Don't Starve Together mods. Modded items will not be shuffled and will be craftable as normal.
