Stacking Enabler

Lets the user place stackables that have no collision on things that otherwise wouldn't let them. This may be a bug, but seeming as Klei hasn't posted a fix or response to my report on it: https://forums.kleientertainment.com/klei-bug-tracker/dont-starve-together/spider-nests-have-no-placer-collision-r3379/ I'm chalking it up to "working as intended". This was fixed for the most part. Known limitations: Trying to repair the bone structure with fossil fragments while the structure is behind another object, like a tree, will result in placement of another bone structure. This is a limitation by my abuse of the IsVisible hooking I'm using. Move your camera so you have a direct line of sight to the bone structure. Trying to place stackables in chests by clicking on them and putting them in manually. This won't work. Instead, keep it in your inventory and then open the chest itself to put it in it. Yellow/Opal staff items will be bad as weapons due to entities near the cursor being untargetable.
