📋 About This Mod

This is a compatibility patch that makes Animations Plus, Majoras Character Creation Plus, and Lichdom (Beta) work together nicely. Specifically, the Origin character versions of the Lich "race" will have CCP appearance options, and start with their default appearances when transforming, i.e. Red Prince will be a red undead skeleton, Beast will be undead and have his beard/hair, and so on. I recommend grabbing Fort Joy Respec - Definitive Edition if transforming in Fort Joy. The respec mirror is needed to generate new portraits and fix up your appearance/color settings after transforming. There's a few caveats, due to Larian's transform functions being a little weird: A side effect to getting all the appearance stuff to work right for Origin characters, while also allowing custom hair/skin color choices, is that when you initially transform, your character may look "off" - they'll have face/beard settings different than what you'd expect. This is due to the character keeping their visual indexes after transforming. Visiting the respec mirror should correct that. You may have pink skin/hair when visiting the respec mirror - This is probably due to the origin race and undead race having different skin/hair color options. You'll be able to change these. Transforming into the lich race as an Origin character may reset your experience/level. You'll be leveled up automatically to what your level was last, but you may lose some experience (i.e. you're Level 2 with 1000 extra exp, you'll be transformed and leveled up to 2 without that extra 1000 exp). Additionally, your last preset (or the Lich preset, if no previous presets were recorded) will be applied. This is due to the transformation resetting your attribute/ability/civil/talent points (a side effect of inheriting the Lich race's new stats). Re-applying the last preset corrects this.
