Skillbook Refunds (DE)

Adds an unlimited-use potion to players that wipes inactive skills from memory and returns them to book form. Skills in your current memory deck are spared. Has no effect on mod-added skills. Meant to make your skill page more manageable after a respec, or to enable the passing of unused skills to needy party members, or simply to spare you the sight of skills you never pick anymore. Quaff it and forget you ever picked up Dimensional Bolt. The nexus version of this mod can be found among the miscellaneous files on the ABST nexus page.
