NPC Spell Unlocker

This mod grants the player access to otherwise NPC-only spells, as they should be logically acquirable by the player normally. There are currently 28 spells introduced - 3 Aero, 5 Geo, 4 Pyro, 3 Hydro, 10 Necro,1 Scoundrel and 2 Source. They are sold by the merchant Deekin in the Fort Joy Ghetto. Alternatively, he can also be found near the Wheel on the Upper Ship Deck during Acts 2/3, and near the 2nd waypoint on Act 4. If you're tired by NPCs cheating by using their exclusive, simple, yet unobtainable spells, this would be the mod for you. Any feedback and suggestions would be welcome!
