GMaps - Main Game Maps in Gamemaster Mode

Adds maps from the campaign into Gamemaster Mode. Consider this a beta, there may be issues with some maps and I can't speak for how it'll perform - most stock gamemaster mode maps are very small. I'll keep adding more maps over time, but there seems to be some bugs with the editor that need to be fixed before I can add certain maps in. Current maps: GM_FortJoy GM_Nameless_Isle GM_Arx GM_Hall_of_Echoes_Act1 GM_Hall_of_Echoes_Ship GM_LadyVengeanceDeckA - (Lady Vengeance interior, upper deck) GM_LadyVengeanceDeckB - (Lady Vengeance interior, lower deck) GM_Undertavern GM_Colosseum GM_OilCave Version Log: 0. 6 - Added GM_Hall_of_Echoes_Act1 - Added GM_Hall_of_Echoes_Ship - Added GM_Colosseum - Added GM_Nameless_Isle - Added or corrected minimaps for all levels - Fixed pathing in some areas 0. 5 - Removed inaccessible areas from GM_Arx and GM_FortJoy. This should help reduce load times and RAM usage. 0. 4 - Added GM_Arx 0. 3 - Fixed the default Atmosphere settings for both Lady Vengeance maps and the Undertavern map. They should now reflect the lighting of the campaign. - Put the big Drudanae pipe back into the Undertavern. - Disabled the fog of war on all included maps. The whole map should now be revealed instantly, so the gamemaster doesn't have to worry about removing it manually with a possessed NPC before he/she can add to it. - Added GM_OilCave. 0. 2 - Added GM_FortJoy - Added GM_LadyVengeanceDeckA - Added GM_LadyVengeanceDeckB 0. 1 - Added GM_Undertavern Known Issues: - There seems to be a problem with selecting things as gamemaster on GM_Hall_of_Echoes_Act1. I've still included the map for now, but bear in mind you might not be able to have as much control on it as you would on other maps. (e.g. you can't possess NPCs)
