Perfect Storm

NOTE: Credit to Plasmawario for the Nitronic Power Rings! In the year 2100, Global Warming have taken full effect on Earth. A city is hit the hardest with endless thunderstorms and you as a storm chaser, have provided us with full coverage of the endless storm better known as the 'Perfect Storm.' Months later, you find out that the city is flooding and will wipe out it faster than you expected. You take drastic measures and plans to escape the city using abandoned parts of the racetrack used for the Distance Cup Series 30 years ago. Can you escape the storm before it overruns the city? My eighth Sprint level and perhaps the only time I used a backstory. As always, leave feedback!
