Shaky grounds: Coast

This section was once a harbor, then a ship breaking yard to cover dredging costs, only to be acquired by the dodgy owner of the mega scrapyard behind the storm drain. Shaky grounds has been living up to it's nickname, and not just because of dangerous working conditions or the questionable waste management. Rumors go around about deals with private military figures and the bribing of local authorities, but one thing is sure..... At the moment no one seems to be around; the CEO was arrested, and management is going to be on trial for neglecting/damaging the storm drain. special thanks to "PPPaul", "Tiedyetophat" and "-_-" for testing things :)
