Spiritual Pool Fix

Description

In the first game, Spiritual Pool increased mana regen rate, but also reduced the mana recharge delay. In Dishonored 2, the base recharge delay for mana to start recharging again after using an ability is 5 seconds, same as Dishonored 1. 

With Spiritual Pool you were able to get it down to 3 seconds. Dishonored 2 removed this part of the bonecharm, effectively nerfing it.

This mod undoes that. I readded the attribute to reduce mana regen delay to be exactly how it was in Dishonored 1.

You will still need to craft a bonecharm from Spiritual Pool to get the full effect. I can also make one that comes with it already at x4 for full effect, just let me know.

Compatibility

- This mod should be mostly compatible with other mods that change bonecharms. Just make sure you install mine after theirs. Just know that this mod will overwrite any changes they made to the Spiritual Pool bonecharm.

- If you want to use this mod with my changes and their changes, they would have to create a patch for their own mod that merges my changes with theirs, which I am giving permission here and now to do, just give me credit.
