  NOTE As NPC health increases, damage scaling becomes more important for securing kills. Most entities have 1. 5x damage scaling by default, so at 4x or 8x health it might seem like some NPCs are manageable while others are overpowered! (the ones with zero damage scaling)

  Installation

  • []Download Void Installer (on NexusMods), run it, and select a valid game folder.

    []Download the mod file for 'NPC Health Options' from this page.

    []Unzip the downloaded mod file.

    []In Void Installer, click 'Mod folder' and select the unzipped mod folder.

    []Exit Dishonored 2 if it's running, otherwise the next step will fail.

    []Select one mod option and click 'Install Mod' (multiple health mods = crash)

  • Launch Dishonored 2.
