Removed Controller Acceleration

Have you ever noticed that when you use right analog stick to look around, the camera abruptly accelerates and then remains locked at top speed until you stop moving?

Even after taking your thumb off the stick, the top speed won't reset for a couple of seconds.

I find this behaviour incredibly annoying because the camera speed doesn't reliably stay the same at all times.

Some games allow you to edit this behaviour or stop it from happening entirely. Unfortunately, Dishonored 1 doesn't. Until now.

This Mod completely removes the forced look acceleration baked into the game, ensuring the camera speed remains identical at all times. You can of course move the right analog stick slowly or quickly like normal, but the strange speed-up behaviour no longer occurs.

Massive thanks to Modder 'kleptobismal' for creating a similar Mod for Dishonored 2 titled 'No Controller Acceleration'. Their work inspired me to make a similar Mod for Dishonored 1, because even though it's not nearly as noticeable as Dishonored 2's utterly disgusting look acceleration, it still bothered the hell out of me.

To install, back up 'DishonoredGame.upk' in 'Dishonored\DishonoredGame\CookedPCConsole' and then replace the file.
