Extract the file to the follow folder, it overwrites one file there, so please make a backup copy of the original one.

I added the following lines to;
m_bInstaDeath_NonPlayerToNPC=True
m_bInstaDeath_PlayerToNPC=True
m_bInstantSleepForUnawareNPCs=True
m_bPutToSleep=True
m_fTimeBeforeSleep=1. 500000
Do I know what I'm doing? No. Are some of these settings wrong? Possibly.
