Silencer

Thanks to feedback from the amazing Dinkum community, and its diverse set of player, this was brought up in a discussion about accessibility issues for some when it comes to auditory sensitivities.

The aim of this mod is to allow the user to select what sounds can or cannot be played during game play. The initial cut of this mod will be heavily reliant on the configuration file.

Current Sounds Supported:

• []Character Movement (All foot steps on all surfaces...including underwater)

  []Devices and Objects (Camera Shutter, Teleporter Charge and Send, etc)

  []Emotes

  []Vehicles (Car Horn, Engine Rev, Helo blades, Engine Idle)

  Future Enhancements:

  1. More sounds to silence!

  c. Conversations

  d. Items and Inventory

  e. Songs and Music

  f. World Object interactions (more than what was provided in v1. 0!)

  2. In-Game tweaks allowed to alter sounds made, so if you come across one during gameplay, you can silence it on the spot.
