Simple Load Checker

Modifies the Bandai Namco startup logo to add a small graphic and message allowing you to quickly determine if the game successfully launched with mods enabled.

IMPORTANT:

This will not tell you what mods successfully loaded or failed to load. It is simply a retexture of the Bamco logo meant to be a quick visual cue for if you launched the game modded or unmodded. This is to prevent brain farts of accidentally launching from Steam or to tell if Reloaded II is properly hooked without needing to load a save. That is all.

If anyone figures out how to add graphics to the main title menu sharing that knowledge would be appreciated. I've tried to modify the Time Stranger logo on the main menu, but I think it's a movie file which is greatly problematic for wanting to add little checks like this.
