Personality Skills Buffed

Buffed useless personality skills and increased almost all personality skills to slight, moderate, and broken.

This two are probably the most useless personality skill in my opinion so I buffed them up.

Haymaker - 100% Crit DMG

Strategic Order - 25% Crit Rate

I also buffed almost all personality skills in different adjustments. Just pick the mod whatever you want.

Buff - only Haymaker and Strategic Order

Combo Magic - only Combo Magic with 90% chance of activation

Slight - personality skills effects increased to 2-10%

Moderate - personality skills effects increased to 5-20%

Broken - personality skills effects increased to 50-300%

  Some personality skills are hard capped I think messing with them might cause some errors and freezing so I didn't touch them.
