Rune Drop Effect for D2RMM

Based on the Light Pillar mod by seunggil.

Add light pillar effect when high rune drop.

Change high rune drop sound to diablo 3 legendary item drop sound. (https://youtu.be/B7mlYj3ytSI?si=e4JEZQ8Pu9r2dYzx)

You can use custom rune drop sound file.

How to change the rune drop sound:

1. Place custom .flac sound files in the global\sfx\item and hd\global\sfx\item directories.

2. In the D2RMM settings, enter the corresponding file name in the Rune Drop Sound field.

3. Install Mods and launch the game.

Compatible with Stackable Runes mod.

Enable 'Stackable Rune Mod' option in D2RMM settings when you are using the Stackable Rune mod.

You have to load Stackable Rune mod first. (Place Stackable Runes mod above this mod.)
