Paladin Balance for D2RMM

This mod only changes 2 skills, Holy Shock (very minor change) and Vengeance.

Since Paladin is kind of a well-balanced class I don't think it needs too many changes but I'll try to improve/modify certain skills (if possible) based on feedback.

Holy Shock:

• []Minimum damage of the aura is now 1/3 of its max damage (instead of always being 1). The minimum lightning damage to your attack will still be 1.
  • []Added fire/cold/lightning splash damage to Vengeance attacks (flat values, not percent like main attack). Also changes Synergies (only Salvation).
