Invisible Helmets for D2RMM

Description

Turns helmets invisible by scaling them down to 0.

Only works on playable characters, by overriding the scale for each class to 0.

Modifying the initial scale would make them invisible as well when dropped, so I don't think it would be possible to hide them for mercenaries too.

Note that the game uses different head models for certain classes when using helmet or not.

This mod simply makes helmets invisible; whatever lies underneath the helmet comes from the vanilla game.

So bear in mind some classes may look odd and/or different from their default looks.
