DONT UPLOAD YOUR MERGE TO ANY OTHER WEBSITE WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM EVERY MOD DEV YOU USE

there is no reason to upload someone elses work just because you merged the data with other mods.

make a nexus page listing all the mods you used without a download. the mod devs deserve the downloads and views.

if you write a patch to make 2 mods compatible then you will have to upload the patch & ONLY the patch

first you should never ever run a .bat file from a stranger from the internet

you should always take it to someone who knows wtf its doing before its run

nexus has flagged it as sus but heres a  Virus Total  you can view the code for the bat in the comments

extract the mod you want & take the "data" folder inside and move it to the 01_one/modmerge.mpq/ folder

should look like /01_one/modmerge.mpq/data/

there will be other files and folders in the data folder

extract the mod you want & take the "data" folder inside and move it to the 02_two/modmerge.mpq/ folder

want to add another mod?

extract the mod you want & take the "data" folder inside and move it to the 03_three/modmerge.mpq/ folder

when your done loading mods run the Merge.bat

you will have to edit the Merge All Current Mods and save as merge.bat (change to all files setting not .txt)

-------------Easy install to D2R-------------

1. open 00_final folder & copy the modmerge.mpq to your main D2 folder /Diablo 2 Resurrected/mods/modmerge (make the mods & modmerge folder)

2. In the Diablo 2 Resurrected Bnet launcher, click on the game settings next to play button, and add the following under command line argument:

-mod modmerge -txt

this supports 10 mods & i plan on expanding on this later

you should prob keep a text file saying like

Mod1 = Modname

Mod2 = Modname

if you break something delete the 00_final folder and extract the backup included

if a mod developer makes a mod update delete the old files in w/e the mod location is

this is why its helpful to keep that text file handy

your going to run into errors, if you use my loot filter with another mod that adds items to the game

we both use t
