Right now Ellen has no character voice in both EN or JP voice settings,
this is not a bug. It is my new mod developed in progress named "Mute Characters Voice",
which is suitable for character replacement, especially for the female character mod,
to make their voice mute to avoid the "female body male voice" issue if she has no voice mod.
