Vergil Animation cuts

I edited Vergil's attack animation frames/speed with the help from Siyan. Made the fight way faster and not as boring. Helm splitter is hella fast almost dmc3 like, but could be faster, teleport in to rapid slash is faster and general teleportation faster. Doppel phase turns to rapid slash fest and requires some megabrain dodging so be warned. No idea on how to make his summon swords faster tho. The mod needs fine tuning, but I don't think I'll make the time for this mod any time soon. Works for boss and playable vergil, tho I imagine some Cheat Engine tables already can do something better than this.
