Visual Effect Update!

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Effect update contains a lot more lightning during Devil-Trigger, Performance may dip when using Charge Shot 3 and being in Devil Trigger at the same time. If you notice any drops bringing you below 60 FPS, please let me know, and I will see about pushing a performance friendly version.

So, this sorta came out of nowhere, but some experimentation and motivation to reinstall 3D Shitty Max, has led me to swap a few animations that I wanted to swap in the first place. Now, instead of making anyone find which animations have been changed, I'll list them down below!
