Changes Balrog effects to resemble Dante's own "Powers"
A friend of mine asked me to do this, she wondered how Dante would look if he used his powers instead of balrog, and gave me some ideas on how it could look, so I made this mod.
Most of the effects took ideas from Gunslinger's charge effect on Dante's arm, Dance macabre last hits, and SDT Fire ball thingy.
