Since the drive charge effects are not native to Rebellion, they have been overhauled to look nice with the swap
Removes a native streak effect which awkwardly appears behind Rebellion after using stinger
Removes a native smoke effect and a native distortion effect which awkwardly wrap around Rebellion when using stinger, dance macabre finishers, and drives
