This mod will add UP 4014 "Big Boy"s legendary Hancock Long-Bell 3-Chime to the the random pool of whistles possible to spawn with the SH282.
To install unzip the mod and place the "Big Boy 4014" folder in the zsounds folder.
The sound can be manually assigned to a locomotive using the command "zsounds.applysound BIg_Boy_Whistle" into the Console (which can be opened using the ~ key.) This must be done while inside the locomotive.
Or by using the Radio "sound" options.
