📋 About This Mod
This simple mod adjusts the formula for job bonus pay. Rather than a fixed 50% bonus regardless of whether you barely made it in time or almost immediately finished, we now give a bonus based on the percentage of the deadline used.
By default, using exactly 50% of your bonus time (ie, 15 minutes on a 30 minute job) will grant a 50% bonus. If you were able to instantly complete the job the very second you started it, you would get a 100% bonus, and if you barely scrape by you will get a very small bonus.
You can adjust the upper limit of this bonus as you see fit, via a UMM config option. This is a straight multiplier of the maximum possible value (ref). Further customization options can be added as requested.
