The N Class
The N class locomotives operate on the Australian broad gauge network in Victoria, mainly used as for passenger service but recently leased out to freight duties as newer rolling stock is introduce for passenger service. Originally built as part of the "New Deal for County Passengers" by Clyde Engineering in the 80s the N class has been operating for over 40 years and they still have a lot of life left owing to build quality and the durability of the EMD drive train and the Australian engineering
