JNR FlatCar KoKi50000 and TypeC20 Container

Adds the Japanese National Railways container freight car Koki 50000.

It also operates with the 12ft C20 container, the standard container specification for Japanese railways, as its cargo.

Replaces several container jobs in the vanilla environment with this freight car.

Requires the Custom Car Loader and Custom Cargo mods.

Using Zeibach's Couplers is recommended.

By manually loading containers, the number loaded can be adjusted from 1 to 5 units in accordance with the loading method of the Japanese National Railways.

(For automatically generated jobs originating from HB, a trial implementation randomly assigns the number of units.)
