Detailed Booklet Icons

This mod is a quality of life improvement for people who handle multiple jobs at once, and want to get a quick overview of them by looking at their inventory. It is especially useful in VR, since the interactions to pull out a booklet and look at it are more complex.

In the mod settings, you can choose what details about the job you want to see on the booklet icon. For multi-page booklets, each page is configurable, and can have data from any part of the job. You can configure this per-type, so for example you can prioritize showing all relevant tracks on shunting jobs, while prioritizing the destination city for freight and logistical hauls.

Each of the three rows of the icon can show any of these values:

  Jobs are color coded to match their overviews. All data associated with the start or end of the job has a beveled icon that matches the original job booklets, so you can tell at a glance if the station or track is at the start or end of the job, even if you can't see the other info.

  The "next" track options are intended to be placed repeatedly, and will iterate over the tracks in a multi-track scenario. "NextAllTracks" will intelligently produce all start, loading, and end tracks as appropriate.
