This mod replaces Charlie with Utena while preserving the original gameplay, animations, and combat mechanics.

The model has been fully adapted for Dead as Disco, including skeleton remapping, rigging adjustments, weight painting fixes, material setup, Unreal Engine implementation, and testing.
