(2.0) HSX Symphony of the Night Soundtrack (OUT-OF-DATE, makes your game 2.0)

TLDR Instructions and download link are at the bottom of the description under "Download and Installation" Introduction Ever since I was in high school, I've been in love with Symphony of the Night. I still remember firing it up and staying up all night, glued to the TV going deeper and deeper into the mystery that was this game. For all of its charms though, the soundtrack has always resonated with me. Development I had started dabbling in modding Dead Cells during my journey through the Boss Cells when i realized you couldn't change cosmetic aspects of the game without locking achievements. In my opinion, this is crazy. Over the past year I fell down a modding hole with this game, but found it more rewarding to just replace the main game file as opposed to the "workshop" method. This let me toy with the game's sounds, music, and graphics without having to worry about being blocked from achievements. It also helped me form a niche on Twitch where I broadcast a few days a week HERE. As I continued doing my thing on Twitch, I met more Dead Cells streamers and enthusiasts. It was here that I met Loot_or_Die. Long story short: we decided to collaborate on a SotN soundtrack mod for Dead Cells, with him picking what tracks go with the biomes, while I handled the looping and modding side. Frequently Asked Questions There's already a SotN soundtrack for Dead Cells on the workshop! Why should I bother with this one? To put it simply: the looping of the tracks. I don't believe that mod is up to date either. I have to download a giant file just to replace the soundtrack?! Why on earth did you do it this way?! I originally was going to release a .pak version and a Workshop version, but the workshop version couldn't achieve the same atmosphere that the .pak version can. Music mods in Dead Cells only means certain tracks. Some tracks, such as the shop music, cannot be modded with just a workshop subscription. Am I going to get a virus?! Maybe some day, but not from this mod. Wha
