Temporal Distortion Readded - Giant 5BC Drop

Requires Rise of the Giant DLC, due to skill's blueprint drop condition. Failed Experiment Drop variation (if you want to make gathering this skill a bit easier). Temporal Distortion is a 20 second cooldown skill that slows down every enemy by 95% for short period of time. This skill was so overpowered it was removed at one point from the game... As it turns out, devs just made it undroppable, so it was quite easy to return it to the game, and I decided to make it super hard to get in the first place to "balance" out its overpowerness. Costs 500 cells to unlock, base money cost - 2850. Installation Subscribe to this mod via workshop, then in-game go to Options>Gameplay>Enable Mod UI and then restart your run.
