Impaled Mode: yes. Cloud Mode: all rooms have visible, tankier but killable foggers. Bubble Mode: all levels can have a bit tankier shielders. Darkness Mode: yes. EZ Mode: a peculiar statue can be seen in the flask room. Wrenching Whip Classic: yes. Cursed Sword Only: it is advised to go through Prisoners' Quarters stomp only. Speedrunner's mods: you have to speedrun more than usual or you'll die.
