This mod makes Blast, Ultimate Blast, Dragon Dash, Dash Up Down, Dragon Homing, Z Burst Dash and Steps have no Ki cost and All Skills Cost 0.

IMPORTANT: Blast requires 1 bar of KI to be cast but its cost will always be 0.

INSTRUCTIONS

Extract and put the . PAK . UCAS . UTOC into the ~mods folder.

If the ~mods folder does not exist, create it and it will work.
