Expanded Stage Select

This adds 50 new stage slots to the game.

Each map has custom made stage boundaries and locators so they'll play like proper fighting arenas.

Unlike LFSE, these stages are all on entirely new mapdata slots, allowing me to modify the stages.

Since these are loading new stage ids, these stages will not work online unless both players have the mod installed.
