IMPORTANT NOTE
The mod does not modify the color of the eyes, it's just that when I took the screenshots I forgot to uninstall the mod All Super Saiyajin Blue EyesINSTRUCTIONS
Extract and put the . PAK . UCAS . UTOC into the ~mods folder.
If the ~mods folder does not exist, create it and it will work.
