Summary
This mod removes tier requirements. However, it does require 1 point to be put in for each category first. After that you can select any skill you like on your next skill point. It will unlock all tiers as soon as one point is added, for that skill category (Melee, Ranged, Survival).
Installation
Once downloaded, unzip the folder and copy the contents into this directory,
"C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\BendGame\Saved\Paks".
If you have not modded at all yet make sure you also go to your game's install directory and rename "sfpaks" folder to "sfpakss".
