Nikolai's Weapon Tweaks

I took inspiration from Carpio's Weapon Rebalance V1. 1 mod cause I really liked his tweaks and copied some idea and balancing data for the mod. Credit for most of the weapon balance options that make the guns useable with my crazy tweaking go to him. Fire rate and new magazine capacities are primarily what I did for the most part although this is a beta version which I'm making public. Seriously if you just want a more vanilla experience just grab Carpio's mod it's really good.

Incompatibilities:

This mod will be incompatible with other weapon tweak mods as well as Bhaeron's Holstered Weapon Positions Redux, and basically any mod that modified weapons in any way, which includes holsters, and so on. This is compatible with my Ammo Reserve Increase mod though but you need to start a new game preferably as it may not work together mid-game. You have been warned, but I highly recommend saving your game and backing that up before installing any mod afterwards so you don't screw up your save.

Just a small update due to a hiatus with my IRL work schedule so you know I didn't leave you all hanging. This small update file is for changes to the Ruger . 22 and the bullpups which include some other menial nerfs. So technically I buffed the bullpups to that of the M4A1's handling and recoil stats and have actually nerfed the Ruger . 22 with lower damages but higher potential ammo replenishment on enemies (if you can ever find one). There was also a considerable buff to the MG45 from what was the fire rate of the M249 SAW to the H&K MG4 of over 900rpm instead of 790-810 in the game files. Depending on your perception it may or may not be a considerable boon considering its low damage at higher difficulties. The other nerfs include the M40 Scopes to fire a single round for now until I can hammer in a new fix. With a couple of other slight magazine changes such as the AUG reverting to 25 rounds to prevent sound glitches that happen when there are too many rounds in a default magazine.  I highly recommend starting a game with my other mod "Ammo Reserve Increase" that won't work on Easy Normal but should on higher difficulties. The September update hit my mod hard breaking the last version of my Reserve increase but I made a temporary backup fix. Like before its best on a NEW GAME in order for the Ammo Reserve Increase mod to work. This mod on this page will work regardless without a fresh new game though.
