Skill Feats, Skill Items and Backgrounds

Adds 11 skill feats (1 homebrew), 7 skill items (2 homebrew, though 1 is mostly a modified TT item; and 1 item is modified to give a useable benefit in Dawnsbury) and 6 backgrounds(2 homebrew and a generated background for each Assurance feat that I'm counting as 1 background) based on the Remaster rules: Dirty Trick Root Magic the character is selected via a morning preparation. Virtuosic Performer the bonus applies to all performance checks, as type of performance isn't implemented. Distracting Performance Terrifying Resistance Intimidating Prowess Assurance Battle Cry - Deprecated now that the base-game includes it. Evangelize Tumbling Teamwork currently this allows all adjacent allies to step. Tumbling Trick, a modified version of Tumbling Theft, using Dirty Trick instead of steal. Dancing Scarf the bonus applies to all performance checks, as type of performance isn't implemented. Crafter's Eyepiece, implemented with a start of combat check to enhance a weapon or shield, since repairing is not in Dawnsbury. Charlatan's Gloves, grants the Open Door spell in place of Telekinetic Hand. Scoundrel's Mask, a modified version of Cleft Head Marking (Lesser) that grants +1 to all deception checks. Choker of Nobility, a homebrew item that gives +1 to diplomacy checks and lets the wearer cast guidance at will. Hunter's Arrowhead The item bonus to attack rolls isn't implemented as it's a fair amount of extra code for something that won't have an effect if you have a potency rune. Mirror Goggles Runaway Noble Root Worker Warrior Virtuoso, a homebrew background granting the Virtuosic Performer skill feat. Trickster, a homebrew background granting the Dirty Trick skill feat. Skill Focus, 16 backgrounds granting assurance in a skill.
