Fan Dancer Archetype

Adds the Fan Dancer archetype from the Tian Xia character guide. Includes 6 archetype/skill feats: Solo Dancer Twirl Through Sweeping Fan Block Pushing Wind Twirling Strike Solo Dancer and Twirl Through can be added as general/skill feats if you enable the option in mod settings to do so. This requires a restart of the game. This is particularly useful if you also have my Skill Feats for Everyone mod. Includes an Improvised Fan weapon and if you have Pixie1001's Roguelike Mod the Fighting Fan from that mod will also work with all Fan Dancer abilities. Notes on implementation: Solo dancer grants a bonus to initiative equal to the difference between your Performance skill and your Perception. Pushing Wind applies difficult terrain during an enemy's turn, it will not apply if an enemy use a reaction to move during your or an ally's turn and the converse is true. Twirling strike does not require that you tumble through (though it is highly recommended, its a waste of an action if you do not) but it does require an enemy to be within range that you could attempt to tumble through (the check does not account for difficult terrain or walls).
