📋 About This Mod
This mod mutes all the jarring Menu/UI related sound effects in Dark Souls 1. If you don't know how to mod sound in Dark Souls, have a look at my "DS1 Music and Sound FX Modding for the Masses" mod.
I don't understand FROM's fascination with the loud and jarring Menu/UI sound effects they put in all their games. The games are tough and stressful enough without getting the auditory equivalent of a light hammer tap to the head each time you select a menu item or change a sword. This mod mutes all UI sound effect, leaving your menu in blissful quiet.

Instructions:
- Extracted DS1 sound files or download them via my "DS1 Music and Sound FX Modding for the Masses" mod and place them in ...\common\Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition\DATA
- The frpg_main.fsb file found in this mod should be substituted into: ...\common\Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition\DATA\sound
