Highly Visible Player and Enemy Health and Stamina

Changes player meters for health to bright green with red damage and stamina to blue. Also changes enemy health bars to green with red damage, using ajane\'s work. I also slightly tweaked formatting to fix a few vanilla errors plus made the meter marks on the bars less dark to blend better. Download DSfix version 1. 2 or higher. 2. Open the DSfix.ini in the root Dark Souls folder and change \"enableTextureOverride 0\" to \"enableTextureOverride 1\". 3. Download this mod archive and extract it to \"DarkSouls\\dsfix\\tex_override\". Let it overwrite if you have another font mod installed.
