Clean Shortsword Reskin

Needs DSFix, set texture override to on and dump the images into the appropriate folder.

This replaces the base texture and the specular map, not a very good job on my end but there's no other mods for the Shortsword right now.  I really disliked the moldy green look of the weapon, think FromSoft wanted to show that it was left uncared for much longer than the other basic swords.

The next version will include a fuller along the blade if it happens.
