Gameplay is the same, it simply runs smoother. - You will need a recent CPU and Graphics Card to do the 60fps mod justice. If you do not have a semi-powerful system then installing this may make the game run poorly in active areas (see: blighttown). If you experience slow-downs between 15 and 30fps, the mod is working but you may need to reduce the resolution through DSfix, or uninstall the mod. -If you experience framerate drops below 30 because of the mod, then make sure you have texture overrides/dumping disabled and try to reduce resolution through DSfix.
