Better Trinkets

Bunch of really cool changes in version 1. 3

1. Basic Trinkets - Things like bleed resist trinkets, blight resist, etc. have all been buffed to make them competitive with the actually good trinkets.

2. Cultist Trinkets - Most have been improved to justify taking up two trinket slots. Some very unique effects, like taking an extra action every turn at the cost of dazing all allies, or applying blight to all targets, friend and foe alike, every turn.

3. Hero Specific Trinkets - This is the really cool one. I've started changing the hero specific trinkets to modify specific hero skills. For instance, the Highwayman has a Dual Pistols trinket that sets his melee attack to 0, but gives him an extra action per turn to spend on ranged attacks. The Plague Doctor has an explosives trinket that modifies all of the thematically vapor-based abilities to have unique effects. Etc. Eventually the plan is to have 3 different relics for each class that each modify a subset of skills.
