You can put your mouse on the move button, slowly move it towards the right direction, then you will find the "PASS TURN" button. It is invisible, but you can still click it and pass your current turn. If your inventory has something occupying the position of the hidden button, you can switch the tab to "map", then try to find the hidden button in the same position.
