Console Command Binds

Nothing special, just lets you run console commands without opening the console.

BASIC USAGE:

• []Open Mod Settings

  []Type the desired console command in a Commands text field: eg, "set_timescale 1200"

  []Type the desired KeyCode in the KeyCodes text field to bind that key. Use the Unity KeyCodes documentation for reference and type them in exactly as they appear: eg, "Alpha1" binds the 1 key on the number line

  []While in-game, press the key to execute the console command!

Supports executing multiple console commands with a single bind. Type the desired console commands in the Commands text field while separating individual commands with a comma (","). For example:

set_timescale 1200, killallSupports binding key combinations to a command. Type the desired KeyCodes in the KeyCodes text field with individual KeyCodes separated by a plus ("+"). For example:

LeftShift+Alpha1The base DFU behavior for Mod Settings text fields isn't really ideal. It has a maximum character limit and will force you to retype the entirety of the contents of the field when you edit it after saving and leaving the Mod Settings for example. If you wish to edit or revise commands or key binds without re-typing everything, you can edit the modsettings.json found in Mods/GameData/6afb6a21-fb38-4466-84a2-23b19e2d66eb in your DFU AppData folder. You can edit the commands and key combinations there without having to re-type everything or wrangle with the character limit.

MOD COMPATIBILITY:

Just make sure your KeyCodes aren't being used by other mods (like Hotkey Bar or Hot Key HUD) and it should be completely compatible with anything.

Modded console commands are also supported, like horse_rescue and wagon_rescue from Realistic Wagon.
