Better frame rate in towns and cities. (also dungeons and large interiors)
Description
Every small object has its own billboard that rotates to face the camera every frame. With texture and model mods installed there can be thousands of them in a city, running whether you can see them or not. This mod switches off the distant ones and makes the closer ones rotate less often with distance. It also limits how many street lamps are lit at once and lowers shadow settings in town.
