Simply adds a new book to the game that helps you locate those notoriously difficult to find Witch Covens. That's it.

Base Price: 100 gps
NB: some of the descriptions on how to find the covens include distances, the UESP uses game cells as the unit of distance and I've translated these to miles for the purposes of immersion while reading. Each cell or "square mile" is one dot on the travel map.
I recommend my Witch Curses - Vampirism And Lycanthropy so you can now pay Witch Covens to grant you the curse of Vampirism or Lycanthropy, though they will also now curse you randomly if you fail one of their quests. Plus other new quests and improvements.
I also recommend Rituals And Rites by rithessa which allows you to perform lore-friendly Rituals with Witch Covens to gain Class Advantages and more!
VERSION HISTORY:
Version 1. 0: Initial release.
Version 1. 1: Made some minor text and formatting corrections along with a few edits and additions. Added a localized text version (found in StreamingAssets/Text/Books) for easy translation, should anyone wish to undertake it.
Version 1. 2: Corrects a basic mistake in the packing of 1. 1.
Version 1. 3: Minor edit so should now work on case-sensitive Linux as well as other platforms.
INSTALLATION:
Unzip or paste the contents of the download into your StreamingAssets folder. VORTEX, if you use it, should do this automatically. There is no dfmod to enable so it won't appear in your mod list. If updating an older version just overwrite as requested.
