Weather sfx can be heard indoors
When you enter indoors, you can hear rain when it's raining outdoors, rain and thunder when storming, and wind gusts when it's snowing.
To install: Drop the .dfmod file into the mods folder, and the contents of "Sound.zip" into the sound folder under streaming assets.
